About this mod
Ever want Hangman's Alley with out all the junk and trash piles? I did just that. All trash, debris, concrete, and bricks have been removed. I also leveled certain areas, and smoothed out the whole settlements ground. I have a version with and with out a locker full of materials as well.

Hangman's Alley has always been a settlement that had a lot of trash. debris, bricks, and concrete blocks laying around. And it just so happened that you couldn't ever get rid of all the trash because the ground mesh is of trash and raised up. So, it simulated piles of trash. This settlement wanted to give me trouble, so I just scrapped all the trash, debris, grass, bricks, and concrete laying all over the settlement. While also leveling out certain areas that were raised to simulate piles of trash. And smoothed out the rest of the settlement. Doing this will give you a great place to start building a better tomorrow.
The MAIN file has all the Precombine files.
The VIS file has all the Precombine Vision files.
The main file has a Locker by the right shelving unit of the workshop. There's a version without the locker full of materials and one with the locker full of materials. The locker has 5000 of every scrap, except for steel and wood. They have 15000, sense they are the main building materials for your settlement.

If this mod isn't installed it can cause issues with the ground meshes. I can't figure out why it does this. So I just figured I'd make it a requirement instead.
