   One of the listed requirements to fully use your blueprint is Wasteland Venturers 2, however that's for sim settlements 1 not 2. Or am I missing something here?

   This looks nice and realistic. Is this fully navmeshed for the settlers and companions to use? Will they be able to traverse the overpass and rest of the settlement?

      HI! Yes, indeed! If you look at the last pic you can see the settlers going up the stairs to relax. All of the Rec plots are up there and they all hang out and walk around very nicely! Enjoy!
