Adds compatibility between Radium Rifle Improvements and the Attachment Pack.

Just a simple patch between Pig and DegenerateDak's The Attachment Pack and Codeblackcrash's Radium Rifle Improvements.
This mod specifically attaches the keywords in Radium Rifle Improvements to the attachments specific to the Radium Rifle (Anything that uses wasteland tech) so that they only show on the Radium Rifle and not the Scavenger Rifle.
I also created copies of some of the attachments for the Scavenger Rifle without all the scrap through some mesh edits.
These include the Vented Barrel, the various 5.56 magazines, and the Coffin magazine.
This was done fully though FO4Edit with simple overrides to records specfic to the Attachment pack. No vanilla records were touched on my part.
Modcols have also been updated so Scavenger Rifles will now spawn with the relevant Attachment Pack attachments! Enjoy!
