Compatibility patch for the Browing Hi-Power 9mm pistol that allows it use 9mm ammo from munitions, tactical reload and the 9mm pistol unoficial update.

This is a quick and crudely done patch in FO4Edit that tries to make the 9mm pistol merge the Unoficial Update and Tactical Reload.
