4 Level Outpost Settlement for Sim Settlements 2.
Max level accommodates 40 settlers/soldiers

Hello Everyone!
This is a 4 level Outpost plan for Sim Settlements 2 with a spooky/raider theme. You will be able to use this plan after you have unlocked outposts in Chapter 3.
If you already have a settlement at Starlight Drive in, just build a war planners desk to designate Starlight as an outpost. Then, you can replace city plan in city planners desk.
You will need to increase the build limit by 150% in the workshop menu and have Designer's Choice on to see the same mods I have built with.
The outpost plan includes:
Level 3- 40 beds/15 martial plots, 5 municipal plots, 4 recreational plots
Level 2- 30 beds/12 martial plots, 3 municipal plots, 4 recreational plots
Level 1- 20 beds/8 martial plots, 2 municipal plots, 4 recreational plots
Level 0- 16 beds/6 martial plots, 2 municipal plots, 4 recreational plots
