RADICAL COA Addon is an amazing mod. This patch fixes the INNR to not have conflicts or any invalid entries.

RADICAL kicks ass. It even functions fine with South of Sea Atom's Storm without conflicts.
The only flaw I noticed was it using the vanilla INNR dn_PowerArmor. This caused conflicts and even worse, the RADICAL INNR had a few errors. So I converted it into a unique INNR and fixed the errors.
Complex Sorter users also have an .ini included. It won't affect those gamers who don't need it.
The CS .ini file does the following:

The way I like to run the Glowing Sea and Children of Atom:
1) South of the Sea Atom's Storm - In a quest section about 15-20% from the top of my load order. Don't forget to move the SotS Previs file to the end of the load order.

2) Children of Atom Power Armor
3) 4estGimp - Children of Atom PA INNR and ini for Complex Sorter
4) Church of Atom Overhaul
- CoA Overhaul CBBE Patch (I just use EVB and don't run CBBE patches anymore)
- CBBE Crimpson Stalker CoAO Edit
- CBBE NS (No Shoe) TEst Fix .osb file
5) Atom's Glory Threads - CBBE
6) 4estGimp - Atoms Glory Threads SotS Atoms Storm CoA - Yes, it integrates all 3! - (the second download)
7) RADICAL - COA Addons
8) 4estGimp - CR - Radical COA Addons
9) Children of Atom Settlers - A few sections lower with SS1 (yes I still play one) and settlement mods

- Tags most items with a class icon of the radiation hazard symbol
- Tags the two rings as rings - You'll want these ;)
- Tags Two weapons with the radiation hazard symbol
- Reorders the INNR to display in the R88/ECO style with sub-name
- Firefly Grenade tagged as Molotov
