can you make a mortar prop like the American m224?? I've been looking for one for a long time, I would love to have more modern military props like this.
I thought about making a mortar as a prop, but I have not found one I like and people would want it to "shoot" and that is not something I know how to do. I may make one at some point, but if I do it will probably be in some kind of settlement object set, rather than just a single small object. That's about the best I can tell you at the moment.
I am not sure if that is something that could be done. The settlement buff goes to the total defense score for your settlements, and the number is always constant, unless something is removed/destroyed.
No problem. I like to make stuff that camera snipers like to use for their photo shoots. :)
Feel free to post any photos you take with any of my mods on the mod pages that the items are from. You take way better photos than I do, so it would be nice to see some of my mods in some cool photos. lol.

There are some in Fallout 76, but they're not available for the workshop, and nobody made a mod for that.

Even better would be if the settlment defense buff would only apply to vertibird attack but then would be larger
