Thank you for this mod, it also prevents the mod "lootman" from looting the posters in a settlement.

Question.  Found a player home I really like, but the walls have uneven bricks which clips thru the posters.  Is there any way to adjust the posters for that?

Short of finding a better wall, if you're ok with console commands you can learn to use modpos and modangle combined with the 3D co-ordinates of x, y and z. For example, in console mode right click on an item and type modpos x 1 to move it slightly along that axis, and modpos x -1 to move it back. Type modangle z 1 to increase that angle by 1 degree, and likewise -1 to undo it.

You can use much higher numbers, but start offf small to see the impact. Seems very clunky at first (especially modangle because the x, y, z co-ordinates of the placed item often don't align with the cardinal co-ordinates of the worldspace) but you soon get the hang of it, especially if just fine-tuning placement because you can see the impact of each small tweak and say "oh, no, not 5, let's do -5 to undo it and then another -3 to go that way a bit more instead..." etc.

But importantly, always make a save before starting because it can be easy to click on the wrong thing (not everything in-game is visible or obvious, or you might have to move your own viewpoint about a bit to find a good spot to click), and easy to accidentally input the wrong number or co-ordinate and loose the item you're trying to adjust. I would link to the console commands wiki but for some reason modpos isn't listed and the one other source I found gave wrong info on distances. Just make a save and try it out.

Once changed the new position should stick for the rest of that playthru, so long as you don't go back to an earlier save or uninstall.

iirc, there's also getpos and getangle, and setpos and setangle, even things like setscale and getscale - but for now I strongly suggest just playing at minor adjustments with modpos and modangle to see how that goes.

Also possible to use Place Everywhere to fine-tune positions like this (it uses the console features that streetyson suggests, but without having to use console itself). Sadly it's the only real way as adjusting the item itself to account for walls like that means that it'll float off walls that are currently looking good.

Ah yes, I keep forgetting about Place Everywhere as I still haven't adopted the F4SE it requires, but to a newbie that's possibly easier!
