Great job! It should make you drowsy/fatigued though instead of adrenaline.
Would love to see an atropine autoinjector like we used to get in the military. Would cure poison, add rad resist, add adrenaline, and give jet effects for a bit.
Looks awesome, in my game i'll make it standalone & remove the healing effect & add endurance related effects so it has its own unique place in my chem rotation (although i am not sure how to do the animation standalone, but i can do without it).

so it gives adrenaline, that is cool. it should remove healing tho, like make it temp that you are fine and can carry on, remove any cripple. Healing should be another item, bandages or etc
IIRC Horizon did this already, just not with the new model.

Oh yes, a Ephedrine Mod! I am having Narcolepsy, so i need it. Did you know, the fisher-woman in far harbor, when you talk to her and don't respond she asks you "are you one of those narcoleptic peoples?" - and guess what.. yes, i did fall asleep as i was talking to her, that's why i noticed her saying it. Oh but i only take 0,5 mg capsules.. and still tired.. maybe your mod will help poor khajii! thank you!
