if i have this right, its a pdf with a list of mods in it and some configuration instructions for those mods? so literally a collection, but entirely manual?
I prolly will have a bunch of Qs & comments, but right off the bat on your first category | animations, I gotta ask:
Why 'Lowered Weapons' and not, say, 'Automatically Lowered Weapons'?
iirc, the former is the frequent subject of warnings/recommendations by Poet/TheSoundOfSnow (author: Buffout4 Crashlog Auto-Scanner, among other things), while the latter is the recommended solution. Something about 'Lowered Weapons' having an animation bug that can cause CTDs -- ymmv -- but the 'Automatically Lowered Weapons' doesn't suffer from the bug.
[Also, fwiw, there's a patch or two for the Auto version which makes it so that the weapon won't lower if the pip-boy or weapon flashlight is on.]
Edit: Similar kinds of Qs about some of the choice in section 4. Immersion... Player Comments & Headtracking has [admittedly, mostly minor] quirks, and AFT, CHW & HUDcaps each have their own problems (CHW in particular is a common source of CTDs... altho it's not irredeemable).
Ditto in re: FO4 Load Accelerator in your section 8. Miscellaneous (generally, High FPS Physics Fix is recommended instead).
I think lowered weapons is better, I never used automatically lowered weapons, but I will look into it, thanks for the input I'll take what you told me into consideration & I might update the ebook soon.
For background/research about some of the issues & mods I mentioned, see maybe the various articles, sticky posts & downloadables from Poet/TheSoundOfSnow over at the Buffout4 & Crashlog Auto-Scanner pages... some links:
Lastly, (but maybe most importantly?) there's also Poet/TheSoundOfSnow's public CTD troubleshooting doc/database: https://docs.google.com/document/d/17FzeIMJ256xE85XdjoPvv_Zi3C5uHeSTQh6wOZugs4c
I think some of the info (esp. the Lowered Weapons vs. Auto Lowered Weapons thing) dates back to the days (2019) of BiRaitBec's seminal modding guide, so it's been fairly well hashed out for some time now. As always, ymmv... but, a *lot* of CTD troubleshooting work & testing says 'Um, yikes!'
This is a request, and it's a modding resource & tutorial. I personally make mods for Fallout 4 & I have to admit that these modlists come in handy, maybe you're new to this, but modlists have been going on for a while now. This is not for everyone, some people don't have a modlist, they just randomly download mods, but I think mod lists are so cool to get the exact results you want, if the gamers didn't have this modlist, they would never know how to get the results that I got, there are tons of other modlists on this website already & each focuses on different themes.
wel, i was thinking just the same tho, and i am not new :) i was impressed with your video , very nice. i personally find it not really helpful , have try to find few mods i was not knowing from your pdf and could not find them on here. so i would recommend to put links to the mods in the pdf, that would be a lot more easier :) but great work, pdf is looking very nice too.
just one question , why do you not use mod collection ? its is a lot easier for a lot of people with no experience in installing mods.

Like BiRaitBec's Fallout 4 Mod List and Load Order Guide (BiRaitBec Modlist) at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com),
but without the tools (and the extra work that goes therewith)...
or merge files...
or ENB & presets...
Collections came long after such guides were du jour, and only after a lot of controversy, agida & departure of some mods/mod authors from Nexus.
