Hi, I have a question. Do you think it would be possible to add CROSS_BrotherhoodRecon to the Well Dress patch? It is one of my favorite clothing mods and while nothing seems to be outright broken using it with peace, it does feel like it is rather on the strong side and that I am tanking way more damage then I should be while using wars. If you arent able to/want to or don't have the time, that is fine. I can always just not use the armor. Either way I love the mods and thank you for the work you put into them and I hope you have a great day. :)

I did come close to including Brotherhood Recon in the Well Dressed patch, but had to cut it due to time. Also I realised that I didn't like that - unlike Chosen of Atom - it didn't feature modular arm/leg/torso armour pieces that could be mixed and matched with vanilla modular armour pieces.

Should you want to make a patch for it yourself though, the PEACE support tutorial available over on the main PEACE Nexus page covers how to do that.

hey I was wondering if you'd be willing to make a patch for Mutant Menagerie - Life Finds a Way

it adds a whole bunch of lore-friendly mutated beasties to the Commonwealth and adds a couple new meats and crafting things.

Sorry, I don't have time to make patches for mods I don't use myself.

Fortunately - should you or anyone else want to make such a patch yourself - making one shouldn't be that difficult... but may be tedious and time-consuming, depending on how many things are added by that mod.

The PEACE support tutorial available over on the main PEACE Nexus page should help with that sort of thing, though it has more of a focus on armour/clothing mods.

I was wondering if you would be willing to create a patch for Immersive Animation Framework?  From what I can tell in xedit IAF adds a script to end the vanilla jet script and start its own after the animation finishes, currently without a patch the vanilla script doesn’t cancel which causes a significant duration of the jet effect to be used up during the IAF animation.  I’ve looked and don’t see anyone else who has uploaded a patch on nexus.

i’d be willing to do it myself but I’ve never made my own patch that messes with scripting and I don’t want to mess something up in peace’s functionality.  If you can’t/don’t want to take the time even just point me in the right direction and I’d see about making a fix myself (and uploading it so other people could use it)

As an aside I just want to say I’ve been playing with wars-peace for about 60 hours now and I don’t think I could ever play fo4 again without them. What you’ve done is incredible!  I’d like to learn more about xedit in general to make patches for other mods too but even without them this has changed the way I want to play fo4 forever

      Thanks. Glad you're enjoying them.

I haven't used IAF, but you should be able to look at the ingestible records in FO4Edit and copy them into a new plugin (that will be the patch), and then make sure the changes from both mods are brought across to that patch.

Okay so this works in function, the animation plays at normal speed and the slow time doesn’t start until it’s over, however it looks like peace adds some extra screen effects to simulate the fact you’re taking a chem (I could be wrong but I don’t remember those screen effects in vanilla).  Those screen effects play as soon as you select the jet before the IAF animation even begins which while it doesn’t impact the function looks a bit odd.  Would there be a way on my end to fix that?

I'm away from home at the moment so I can't check this, but I'm pretty sure I didn't make any changes to screen effects for ingestibles; no need to.

If you open just PEACE in FO4Edit, it should make it clearer what it changes compared to vanilla.

I had a question about the well dressed patch, does it add WARS and PEACE compatibility to the T-47R power armor mod by: pinedog ?

I can't remember off the top of my head exactly how Militarized Minutemen was set up, but you can probably change the material swaps (and/or add new ones, if necessary) to point at the blue textures instead.

Hey, if you figure out an easy way to do so, please share. For me, I had to do it manually through the armor crafting bench for my own gear. But the minutemen are otherwise just green by default.

PEACE - Modular Military Backpack Patch makes it not show up on new game as you exit Vault or to buy at Shops.
But if you install after you get it works fine

Would you be interested in adding the Ghillie Mod Redux to PEACE-Well Dressed? I think it's a great mod that would fit perfectly with PEACE and I was really bummed out when I found out they weren't compatible, Ghillie suits and other practical camouflages are such a simple yet tremendously underused idea, It's far more interesting being a guy dressed out like bush going around being unseen instead of using a sci-fy gobbledygook to turn invisible.

I'm afraid I don't have time to make patches for mods I'm not using myself, but check out the PEACE Support Tutorial under the Files tab on the PEACE page if you'd like to make your own.

Okay then, a question to make my job a bit easier, You're a talented modder and I'm a complete noob when it comes to modding so bear with me, what part in specific of your Tutorial should I follow to be able to add the weight system of your mod to armor sets of another mod? in specific modular armor.

Well you can skip the power armour sections, obviously.

Beyond that you'd probably want to at least glance at all the other sections to see if they cover something you want to do with the clothing/armour from that mod, but the most important sections in your case are most likely:

      Introduction
      Tools and Setup
Clothing and Armour – OMOD General Info
Clothing and Armour – Strength Requirements
Clothing and Armour – LBE, General
      Clothing and Armour – Miscellaneous
      Final Steps – FO4Edit

The PEACE - Sim Settlements 2 patch is now available, finally.

Sorry for the delay in getting that one out. SS2 Chapter 3 coming out on the very day that I was uploading all the WARS and PEACE files for release was just the worst possible timing. (This isn't anyone's fault, of course.)

After that I was so busy with updates to the released WARS and PEACE mods and add-ons - on top of being extremely busy in the physical world - so updating the WARS and PEACE SS2 patches to account for SS2 Chapter 3 had to be pushed back repeatedly.

Anyway, it's out now. Let me know if there are any problems.

I have yet to find the chosen of atom armor anywhere in the game yet. this isn't a bug report because I could very well be looking in the wrong spots. so just a small suggestion... since the readme says that it has roughly the same stats as metal armor, how about making it similarly common to metal armor. I know you are big on aesthetics, that is why you replaced the terribly ugly weapons. the same is kinda true about armor. The metal, raider, and to a lesser degree leather armors are ugly enough that I never wear them. I love that some of the militarized minutemen gear is relatively common for this exact reason.

So long story short, I haven't found any children of atom armor yet

Also don't feel compelled to respond, I don't want to steal from your time to work on the ss2 patch ;)

It's Combat Armour rather than Metal Armour that was mentioned in the readme:

      - DB-507 items in Army Camo can now be found in loot, at vendors and on NPCs; generally where you'd find Combat Armor.
--- They start spawning around the same time as Heavy Combat Armor.

      - DB-507 armour pieces can now have their "material tier" upgraded, using Combat Armor material mods.
--- The DB-507 armour pieces already used other Combat Armor mods and have the same Resistances as upgraded Heavy Combat Armour, so this makes them very slightly better than Combat Armour.
