About this mod
Non Lore Friendly, Miami style seaside safehouse.
Not much use as a settlement - it's designed for Rest and Recreation, far away from daily cares.
Mainly a Screenshoting area. Enjoy!

First of all:

One major thing about this building:
- IT'S FULL OF DETAILS.
I've made it mostly using my beloved SOE pack and Homemaker workshop items.
This is truerely another peak of my building skills.
I was using Place Everywhere Mod here EXTENSIVELY,
along with 'modpos' and 'modangle' console commands.
I have the patience required for this, as seen in the results.
Basically it has no use as a Settlement.
It's more a Screenshoting background.
And, personally, a new official safehouse
for my Metal Band members.
Whole construction is oriented with game's geographical directions. Helpful
feature, when preparing your character for taking screenshots.
Pool is faced directly to the North. To the open sea.
Building itself is a construction marvel,
same as my Villa Ambra :D
Treat this new spot as a successor to my old Villa.
I needed a new place, with more integrity and planned layout.
I've put much love and passion in creating it!
It's located for importing at Spectacle Island.
Installation:
Put my .json(s) file under:
Data>F4SE>Plugins>TransferSettlements>blueprints>1... 2... 3... whatever
Requirements:
1. Main:
(Just Four)
- Spectacle Island Flattened
- Settlement Objects Expansion Pack
- Homemaker
- MXT's Asphalt Roads
(But you can replace those with some stone fundations from SOE)
And that's basically it!
- You can move on with importing here, if you're lazy...
2. Decorations (Main):
- Straw Furniture&Stuff ALPHA5
(I'll update the link once it will be officially released)
- CREAtive Clutter
- Workshop Decorations Pack
- Wasteland Workshop Evolved
Plus Cars:
- Commonwealth Customs
- Easy Homebuilder and working Double Beds
3. Recording Studio Decorations:
Tenpennys Guitars
Melee Guitar Collection
(Custom m150 Guitar Stands)
Stage Gear 1 - Drum Set
Stage Gear 2 - Keyboards and Synthesizers
Stage Gear 3 - Brass Instruments
Stage Gear 4 - Guitars
Stage Gear 5 - Vocals

(Don't cry! - All Stage Gear mods are .esl plugins.

You can easily scratch Recording Studio decors,
if you want to use this room for other purposes.
Hell, you can Scratch Any of Decoration requirements,
- Blueprint will be imported ANYWAYS.
But I included a clean, Developer State version too.
