Adds a unique legendary variant of the Double Barrel Elephant Rifle to the Commonwealth.
SonAnima's Double Barrel Elephant Rifle mod is wonderful but I felt it still needed a unique variant of the weapon that wasn't sold by some vendor. So I made this.
It Stared Back is a high power, heavily modified double barrel rifle designed for sniping.
