Just so you know, the Elephant Gun got updated and has a new name for the esp file: CSDoubleBarrelElephantRifle. This makes the unique variant throw a warning in Vortex.
NGL, I'm not completely sure exactly where it is either. For some reason, my creation kit won't render anything so I've had to resort to using FO4EDIT to place items and god knows where they ended up. I can promise you it's there *somewhere*, but not much else. Try using the toggle clipping command (~tcl) and take another look around.
