Don't usually comment, but I don't seem to be able to reload until the gun is empty? i did see someone had this issue before but its listen as not a bug, so is this an intentional mechanic? Do I need to modify the gun in some way?
Dude I'm having the same issue, pressing button R doesn't do anything, had to fire all bullets in the gun to reload. How did you figure it out anyway? What caused the bug? Care to share? ________ EDIT after three minutes: Update Tactical reload to 1.4 fixed the problem. Sorry guys I am dum too.
Reloading one bullet at a time works but it magically closed the bolt without touching it, if the rifle is completely empty when it reloads it puts a clip with no bullets in it. what the hell's wrong in this.
I am having the same issue no matter which reload type I try or how many I am reloading. It worked when I first downloaded it but now I can't seem to get the bolt not to magically close. I have tried messing with the load order and uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. Does anyone have any ideas? Update: I fixed it by going to version 1.2 of tactical reload rather than the alpha version.
Can someone patch this to work with folon? The one on the nexus has missing bolt animations that i cant look past and trying to patch this over myself is not working.

Yeah, plus one from me. The rifle in Fo:Lon recharges one bullet at a time, regardless of how many of them are actually left. Shame. Otherwise a very good item.
This mod patches asXas' versions esp, unfortunately FOLon baked it into their worldspace esm. I'm not sure this is easily patchable for FOLon, without a dynamic patcher of some kind you're going to have to modify FOLon's core files, and I'm not sure you'd really want to touch those, especially with what you need to do to get the CK to just work with it.
The good news is that there is a mod to get BCR working with FOLon's Lee Enfield, it doesn't have the bolt return animation, but counted reloads at least work: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4london/mods/40
The entire point in asking is because of the lack of a bolt return.
I decided to replace the gun entierly using the old replacer method by making the mod gun overwrite the vanilla gun by changing the ref id of the original lee enfield mod to match the vanilla ref id of the folon version. As for the uniques i did the exact same thing but i used the uniques from the varmint rifle, svt 40, and m1 garand. Least until someone fixes the bolt return. Copyed over all the keywords from the vanilla to the replacement aside only the keyword(s) that handle animation and i did not change the ref id (for compatibility). Next i downloaded this and the only weapon ref id in it i changed to match the folon "service rifle"s ref id.
The result is almost no different outside the uniques being totally replaced, the flag skins are moved but only because i cant figure out what part other then the skin keyword that added them to the gun in the first place, and theres a redundant "ammo" tab with only 303 ammo type which is on by default (all sacrifices i can live with)

Amazing, gonna finally integrate the Enfield into my playthrough. According to the comments it seems you're taking requests, so if you wouldn't mind, how about the M1903 for a nice American bolt-action?
The mod works very well for No.4 Mark1 but unfortunately it does not seem to work for "Lee enfield No.1 mk.3 SMLE familly" or "War for end of Wars - SMLE No.1 Mk.3 - REDUX" which uses the same annimations
