Features

  • No enemy damage multipliers, resistance, extra perks, and more/less exps
  • Keeps vanilla level multipliers and minimum levels
  • Removes level caps from all encounter zones (doesn't need to get it separately)

Gameplay-considered exceptions

  • Sentries and Indexers (DiMA's memory): to prevent long auto fights
  • Bull & Gouger: mandatory fistfight
  • NPCs with the unique level multiplier: only removed level cap (e.g. Ghoulrilla King x1.25, Travis x0.75). However, Ness' multiplier changed from 1.5 to 1.25, since without the max level cap x1.5 could be a bit excessive.
  • Weak and small creatures (mirelurk hatchling, normal radroaches, rad chicken, rad rabbit, cats) Note: Glowing and Legendary radroaches will scale level with 0.5 multiplier)
  • Non-combatants in towns
  • Children

For minimum conflict, put this mod at the highest possible on your load order. Right below bug fixes are preferable.

Installing this mod will make some enemies keep scaling level for the rest of the save game, even after the uninstallation.
(Notably low-tier Raiders and Super Mutants. I have no clue why this happens.)
