Features
A simple settlement that stretches over the river so you have two
riverbanks to build on
Can be found near Cutlers Bend / Hunters Hideout
The size is quite big but a lot of it is water so you might want to
use elevated buildings
Check out the red pickup to unlock the settlement
Please Note / Location Challenges
This mod doesn't touch precombineds. Meaning that you cannot
scrap the trees or the cattails in vanilla mode.and you might build around it.
Also there's a super mutant camp nearby.
