that bug is fixed in the latest version but it's not carrying over in existing saves, in order to fix that you'll need to use any external mod that allows you to unclaim and reclaim the settlement i suggest Workshop Framework or SKK Workshop Ownership Utilities
i might've forgotten to connect it with workbench then, i'll fix that soon.
Edit, seems that the issue is only with the vanilla game because with Place Everywhere installed power armor rig is moveable and scrappable according to my current game.
Could you please post a picture of the exterior door so that we don't have to download and test the mod to see what it will conflict with if we can SEE where it is in relation to our own knowledge of our own personal Concord edits?
Awesomesauce! And I guess everyone is getting in on the Concord enhancement act this week: Concord Personified I've already made Concord a settlement and made sure all the NAVMESH works with the mods I already have for it. Your door doesn't seem to interfere with anything I've already done SO....thanks for sharing!
You're welcome and super awesome that nothing has conflicts with my mod, pretty sure no one wants to use a bank for their settlement so should be ok for a while here's hoping.
next place will definitely be farther away from concord and sanctuary the place you'd not expect anyone to modify.
So far so good. I have the whole place decked out already, the only downside is I use a different method for fast travel, which is through teleporters in settlements. So I can build a teleporter to travel out of, but I can't travel directly to, I have to go to Red Rocket just up the hill, and sometimes that sorta sucks lol But that isn't your issue. Power isn't wireless, you still have to use wall socket things to transfer power still.
Using advanced needs 76 and I wish the shower worked or there was a pool or something to "bathe" in to get clean. Would be really neat to have a stairwell down to a underground spring of sorts. Could go lore wise and say it used to be part of the tunnel system the Deathclaw comes out of at the beginning of the game when you get the power armor and minigun but the pathway was sealed off by rubble?
It looks "too" clean. Not really an issue to be honest. Just weird to come in through a partially rusted run down exterior to a pristine interior.
Overall I like it. Nothing really bad to complain about. I don't send settlers to my player homes so now issues with assaultron or turret.
Thanks, well it's my very first so yep i'm sure it's immersion breaking or even unfair but it's still pretty good for a very first mod to release for fallout 4, i will at some point release a patch that will remove the turret and the assaultron if it's needed?
i think you can use ImmersiveTeleportation for immersion with the mods you mentioned and you can always place a power connector to emit wireless power through the fusebox.
shower in the bathroom can be scrapped and replaced with something else from the other mod.
should be fine if you load the mods after this one, this mod just adds door to the location, however if you've got another settlement or something mod that rather uses the same doorway to enter or completely revamps concord as we know it, this mod might just be a door floating in the air.
here's what i'm thinking why don't you go test this mod, load SS2 after my file and disable autosave so when it does conflict you can easily uninstall this mod, no fuss.
Discovered an issue, Robot and the turret i spawned, turn hostile towards settlers, they're totally okay with player, player's turrets and companions but when a settler walks in they're like who tha f are you!?

I'm especially interested in how it might affect this mod in particular: Bud's Survivor's Mansion Settlement
also just tested the mod you mentioned and that mod is very close to mine but works just fine it's also couple houses across the street.
