    My mods = My rules

    Rule#1:
Please understand any comment asking for something which all the answers already are in the description and the built-in helper screen will be just
    ignored and deleted.

Don't take it wrong as there is nothing personal,
this is only my way to keep the thread readable and useful and to not waste anyone time.

But if the answers aren't there and if you really need my help and in order to helping me to helping you:

•1> Give me your PC configuration, your Operating System and the resolution you use.

•2> The mods you use. If your modlist is big then use the spoiler bbcode (remove the star). [*spoiler] [/spoiler]

•3> Post a screenshot somewhere like Imgur so I can really see what's wrong.

If you don't do any of this 3 steps, then see rule #1 above.

    Rule#2:
Do not waste everyone's time by posting about how you don't like the look of the mod. No one cares.
Do not get snarky/rude with me or anyone here or you'll be instaban from all my mods in a moments notice.

I thank you all very much for the endorsements, the donations and the images posted in the user gallery.
it's always a pleasure for me to see how my mods look in other people games and it also help me sometime to enhance my work regarding different visual mod setups.
I hope you are enjoying PRC as much as I enjoy crafting it.

    Have fun!

Hi. I'm using "Fallout 4 Configuration Tool by Bilago". Under the Performance tab are options to turn different effects on or off by editing the Fallout 4 ini. Should i turn them off to avoid overlapping effects with prc or should i keep them on cause the enb build on them? What would be the settings for the best result with PRC?

Possible Options would be Bokeh, Wetness Mat., Rain Occlusion, Lens Flare, Ambient Occl., Depht of Field, Motion Blur, Screen Space Re., Radial Blur, Water Reflect., and NPC Shadows.

+depth of field in the fallout 4 only affects the quality of the blur during conversations with npc's or using the pipboy, imagine using a camera. depthoffield.fx is a seperate script and it can work without in-game depth of field

+wetness is obviously the shader applied to objects to make them look glossy in wet conditions.

-rain occlusion is the computer's way to caculate whether your character will be wet or not in wet conditions (ex. your character will not be wet inside interiors or underneath shade).

+lens flare is what you'd expect, adding lens flares into the game.

+ambient occlusion is like the shadows on the edges or corners of objects (ambient occlusion will be making the shadows darker and more bigger). this choice will deduct the most fps but it'll make the game more beautiful/appealing.

-motion blur makes the screen blurry when you move your screen.

-screen space reflections really don't make much of a difference in the game overall. they work like reflections on the surface of objects, and they're only (slightly) visible on wet surfaces or near bodies of water, but it costs you a few fps

+water reflections make the water in the game reflect objects on it's surface.

+npc shadows are what you'd expect, give npc's shadows.

for the final results, leave on wetness, lens flare, ambient occlusion (if you can spare the fps cost), npc shadows, and water reflections.

optional choices are motion blur, screen space reflections, radial blur, and in-game depth of field.

I'm using this and the patches in the Files section (Institute patch and DoF patch) and my game either crashes or lags to the point of being unplayable when I enter the Institute for the first time via the teleporter machine. Why

insititue patch i think only affects the lighting via how bright it is, and dof patch makes it "dynamic" (turning dof off at certain times). each of these are assumptions though

how do I make the auto focus of the depth of field 'faster' or 'feel more snappy' when moving from one point of focus to another? I searched the posts and the in-game helper but could not find it.

I tested the depth of field settings a bit, but it still does not feel good to my tastes. I have a depth of field config that I prefer from another ENB and was wondering if I can replace enbdepthoffield.fx and enbdepthoffield.fx.ini without any issues? It has different parameters from this ENB's only 4 (aperture, scale, bokeh, chroma).

The visuals look great. I'll never download this mod because the incompatibilities would undoubtedly be numerous...and the installation process would be a nightmare from hell! XD

I really doubt anything will be "incompatible" with this mod/enb preset because the installation process with enb presets is only changing the enb values/techniques (changing how the enb will work).

I love this enb but I keep getting a problem where i will be running around and my screen just goes black except for my hud. My character isnt moving anyone but i can still hear music and i can still get to the menu to quit and what not. It doesnt seem like the game is crashed the screen just goes black. I've configured the setting like you recommended but it continues to happen. It never used to happen before i isntalled this enb.

turn up the brightness. if it's not the brightness it might be something turned off in the enb menu that you have to turn on and calibrate it (like procedural correction), which is located in the shader menu. double check if your game is running while the screen is black by looking at the fps counter. if you're hitting 60 fps or atleast the your fps counter is changing per second then it means there's something with the enb. if it's not changing then it's probably because your game is frozen

For some reason this ENB just does not work, I followed the instructions exactly but no matter what I can not open the ENB menu. Tried changing the hotkey in the enb ini, still no luck. Not sure what it is causing this issue but if anyone else had it and fixed it please let me know

i've used this enb ever since I started playing fallout 4 on the pc. everything about this is just breathtaking, although the only thing that bugs me is that the depth of field bokeh is pixelated instead of being soft and sphere-like, and it's somewhat immersion breaking for me. i've swapped with other enb depth of field fx from other different enb's like quantum and vogue, and there the dof bokeh is soft and roundish and aesthetically pleasing, fixing the problem. this one is slightly obnoxious (no offense) because it's rough and pixelated. I don't know if it's either the dof code in this enb preset, or the mods I use (I have no mods currently installed that tampers with the dof, i've used this enb with no
mods). I thoroughly enjoy this mod but this bugged me since day 1

    Hello!
I downloaded and installed the mod, which works perfectly .. although I have a resolution of 1366x768. Does this make something difficult for me or can I find errors?
So far, it has gone very well for me.

For some reason the Institute in my game looks bright AF and i can't see anything, thus it is unplayable there. I do have the Institute patch and I made sure to load it last in my load order, but it didn't have any effect... I also finished the dialogue with father and noticed that even with the timescale set back to normal the bloom still goes insane.
    Load order:

Did you set any NAC fake-enb presets in NAC?

I was indeed using a NAC preset (standalone), but disabling it didn't tone down the brightness. I tried reseting NAC as a whole and the Institute was less bright (still VERY bright, but I could see things at least), but only until I launched NAC climates...

Assuming you already had the patch installed before entering the zone, you could just wait until after the intro quest to see if it returns to normal.

Otherwise, you could try my extra patch from PRC Premiere. This resets the problematic cell settings to vanilla, so at least the brightness levels are looking normal.
It's more of a technical fix, the whole place will look more like aluminum rather than the typical Institute white.

(the patch may require Ultra Interior Lighting, you can post feedback if it works for you)

I have a problem in the institute when using the institute patch for PRC, whenever I look west a pink line appears and enlarges or shrinks as I look up and down, when I look east it disappear, I leave a picture, this also happen with the PRC Premier institute patch, both patches are at the bottom and nothing seems to be overwriting them.
