I've done this for you, so you can get straight to editing your mod list, or diving in to play.
My preset for Fallout 4 was edited from the ground up utilising the amazing PRC X Advanced framework by l00ping.
Rather than simply editing an already existing preset to my tastes, I started from scratch and built everything up layer by layer until I was satisfied.
I've endeavored to provide a clean yet cinematic preset that overhauls lighting, shadows, ambient occlusion, lens, and color grading that will provide you with a fresh coat of paint feel for your next playthrough.
I've endeavored to go for an overall look and feel that on those rare occasions when there is a nice day/weather - you are treated to a warm, slightly saturated blue sky, to help provide a nice contrast to the usual dark/dreary and desaturated wasteland.
I have included 2 options - LIGHT and MAX.
LIGHT: I've turned down and/or disabled a few of the more taxing settings. I recommend using this one if you'd like a straightforward color grade, with some very simple tweaks to improve color balance. Optimized for Low-End PC's OVERALL FPS HIT ~5%
MAX: Everything's on and cranked up to the max. This is the one I'm running and seen in the screenshots with an RTX 3080 @ 2550x1440. Easily above 60fps for the vast majority of times but can sometimes dip in Boston, even with all the fixes. Optimized for High-End PC's OVERALL FPS HIT ~15-20%.
