Goodneighbor Guards are now stronger, set as protected, and no longer respawn. Also removes unnecessary Worldspace edits. Esl-flagged .Esp.

Goodneighbor guards/patrols are now stronger, set as protected, and no longer respawn after the player kills them (They can only be killed by the player, now).
Removes unnecessary Worldspace edits, too.
This mod is a light master plugin, meaning it won't count towards your max plugin limit.
Instructions/Installation:
Do not use this mod and the original Goodneighbor Watch at the same time, or you will have double the amount of guards/patrollers!

Place in Fallout 4/Data
With Manager:
Download and Install normally
