No Level Scaling Hardcore - Vanilla
Stop the Health leveling that is in the game settings of the creation kit making all the NPCs get more health as you level up which is good up.
until the player gets to around level 40 - 50 then all the enemies will just be a bullet sponge mess that's going to ruin your games experience.
This mod stops the slopy Health system that was vanilla and fixes it so that it wont level up the health of NPCs and the player.
This mod can be used on its own but is desigend for the Building Blocks mods to form the Hardcore fallout experience.
Long Story Short a Level 1 is just as powerful as a Level 1000+ with the right gear equipped.
