    The fact that enemies grow with them is correct, what should be changed is the area damage revenue, such as head shot damage increased by several times, to test each player's marksmanship

      Correct tho increasing the damage alone can have bad effects due to what if the target was wearing a power armor and you use a small caliber or just your hands to headshot damage? 

      It would be ridiculous......... iv ran into this very problem at the beginning of damage modding so this is why BBMR - Project was created for people to edit the game with these mods to a hardcore experience.

      To correctly edit damages to be realistic you first must remove all random chance and bullet sponge combat from the game and only then touch the damages in order to keep them from fluctuating up and down out of control, that means basically build the base of the house first and not the roof.

      Fallout 4 Vanilla gameplay is fun too but when wanting to switch a genre it will require a lot of changes in the core functionality of the game not just the looks department to achieve the desired fast paced skill based gameplay Hardcore players are after.
