Leveled Characters All Player Level - Both All DLC Flat & VR Version
Double Barrel Example Combat with Whole BBMR - Mod list activated.
To get the same damage results you will need the LCAPL and CLDS esp with the ragdoll mod
This mod is specifically designed for BBMR mods but can be used with other mods.
That's right all the NPCs are leveled with the player and plus added a template connection in creation kit to be specifically connected to the players.
stats making the game equal for all humanoids.
Creatures are leveled with the player too but templates are not shared.
This is a brute force Edit of the NPCs fixing Bethesda's un balanced NPCs where at higher levels you will have enemies with level 1s and 6s while other enemies are hundreds of levels above the player making it impossible to kill them with 1000s of 50bmg rounds to the head making the game feel broken.
So now the game levels with you still has the challenge of damage and quick deaths but also as you pick your perks you will be able to overcome enemy damage with skilled cover and perk builds early on and late game.
All NPC Humanoids are leveled with the player.
All Creature NPCs are leveled with the player but they aren't connected with the templates to the player like humans.
This mod is big and NPCs will be edited one by one so keep an eye out for regulars updates, so more and more NPCs will get added to the mod making them player leveled 100%
