About this mod
This is a patch for Institute Food Synthesizer by DCP23 that makes it actually generate Institute Food Packets for the settlement that it's in. There is also a version that I made with rebalanced construction requirements.

The balance changes I made to the Food Synthesizer are as follows:
- The power requirements have been increased to 40, from 10.
- The quest prerequisites for construction have been changed to make more sense.
You shouldn't get unrestricted access to secret Institute technological marvels (And the ability to re-create them) by just waltzing in there! Now, you either have to steal their knowledge by downloading their database for Sturges, or instead progress long enough into the Institute quest line for them to be able to trust you, as well as a couple of levels in the Science! perk.
Both versions have an additional, alternate version of the Food Synthesizer that allows you to dispense Food Packets every so often.
It's a Flora object, so you should be able to harvest it just as often as any normal crop.
Compatibility:
This mod will conflict with any other mod that edits the WorkshopParent quest. Any mod that touches it will need to be patched with this one.
My other mod Northland Diggers - Fixes and Tweaks will need a patch to work with this mod. There is one in the optional files section on that mod's page.

Both of these mods are set as .esl flagged .Esps, so this won't get you any closer to the max plugin limit.
