"Where Daytime is Comforted and Nighttime is Distressed"

Example of utilizing ENB as a complimentary effects that are considered lightweight as shown in the video.

Immersive Lighting Overhaul or formerly named as "Nuclear Lighting" is a lighting overhaul mod that aims visual clarity, balanced color, and consistency without using ENB or ReShade. Standalone mods were created separately for AIO and Vanilla.

- Saturated colors

- Useful night vision scope

All regions around the Commonwealth uses all weathers including the unused weathers (cut content), expect more weathers. Dusty, polluted, and radioactive overcast weather are added. Dark Sky/Overcast weathers have different variation with different lighting levels. Clear weathers are almost identical during daytime but has slight differences between sunrise to sunset lighting condition in addition to different sunlight lighting from normal to strong sunlights. Glowing Sea adds radioactive overcast weather.

Far Harbor primarily focuses overcast weathers and adds more foggy weathers making it similar to Silent Hill to compliment the misty environment. It's very rare to encounter such clear weathers since the landscape is forested, misty, and has mountains. Added some unused weather records.

Nuka World combining polluted dusty weathers. More dusty weathers occuring with some fog visibility variations from a relative clear to almost hard to see during the journey. Added more clear weather because it's a desert themed park.

Night time is much more dangerous to wander off during exploration making the night vision scope a viable option during gunfight hence an end game gear later on. Either you're forced to sleep or face the uncertain death that lurks in every corner. You have been warned. Use darkness to your advantage.

Silent ambience noise is a subtle but immersive during the nighttime where there is wind gushing at random intervals as well as interior cell that has this weird humming sound that doesn't make sense during exploration. By making certain weathers and interiors silent, you can hear enemies' footsteps that will able for you to pinpoint which direction is coming. Not just night time and interior cells but also affects daytime and overall weather system so there will be no more idle and ambient sounds during clear, cloudy, and foggy weather. Excludes certain weathers that are radioactive, rainy, and dusty. Experience the uncomfortable silence that gives a sense of dread and complete isolation where sneaking or slow pace combat become your best friend.

Additionally, radioactive storm, rainy, and dusty weathers are louder compared to the base game.

All weathers' fog systems are 1:1 which means whenever there is a weather transition phase, all of the fogs will slowly appear accordingly without the obvious zoning in and out. This includes no fogs for some weathers, thus creates the seamless weather transition.

Winds are a lot more subtle and somewhat fixes the infamous wind glitch sway during the transition phase. This is apparent unfortunately in the base game. It's best to create a fresh new save to experience rather installing it mid save modded gameplay. Otherwise, the fix will not work properly despite the weather system is working as it should. The best example is when the weather transition from clear weather to misty rain weather. This because misty rain weather has fogs, rain, and a relative increase wind speed compared to clear weather is which only half the speed and has no fogs or rains. Strangely enough, v1.06 already has the fix during my ultra modded playthrough with a fresh new save and haven't encountered this bug ever since.

If you want to enrich the image then better use any LUTs that enhances the contrast and colors. This mod already had a slight increased saturated colors. Even better if uses ENB/ReShade custom preset to your liking although I never use any graphical enhancements. The enriched images provided uses Psycho LUT Pure (v1.0 initial release) and Enhanced Color Correction (original)

Side Notes:
- Made with FO4Edit;
- Intended for Survival Mode gameplay
- Incompatible with any weather mod
- Increases performance because it disables godrays, image space blur effect, and no shadow in certain weathers where there is no sunlight including nights
- Due to the implementation of "no fogs" for clear/overcast weather, the LOD will become too noticeable as well as for all environment mods with LOD packs
- Any LUT mod will affect the brightness of Night Vision scope weapons as well as the saturation of overall lighting
- Untested ENB/ReShade varies the visual of users' monitor/TV. It's best to create your own custom preset ENB/ReShade
- Any mod that alters climate and region records will conflict instantly. Simply overwrite the conflicted mod
- Landscape mods that are either Snow and/or Desert theme will experience strong sunlight in the Commonwealth

This is an example on how to avoid conflicts:
