DawnsVil, Rest Easy.
Supports 20 Settlers with an Extra bed for You or a Settlement Leader to use.
The leader desk creates 1 extra job, so if using a leader, assign them to the extra bed.
Using a leader will give you 1 extra settler, bringing the total settlement to 21 settlers.
Become a Benevolent Leader with a 100% Happiness and 100% in all settlement ratings.
A capital for the wasteland.

**Set settlement size to 300% (it's actually about 260% at stage 3, but that will leave extra space)

**To enable FO4 achievements while playing with mods, use the Achievements Mod
   - There are several available mods to enable achievements
   - Make sure to use one if you want your Benevolent Leader achievement

Keep your community healthy with a Hospital, sanitation services and a clinic.
Air Ambulance, communication/emergency office are just for show.
Enjoy the common area with a military park and plaza area.
Training and recreation for all your settlers.
Caravan services to link you to your other communities and much more.
Interact with the environment around you.
As the towns stages increase, so do the items you can interact with.
All these will be available by stage 3.

- In your room, a BobbleHead Display let's you show off those bobble-heads
  With a weight bench for happiness and a Strength boost when used.
  Second room with leader desk also has some weapon displays to show off some hardware.

- The kyosk adds a nuka-cola display you can show your bottles off in
  A Magazine rack for showing off those magazines and comics
  An Armor rack you can decorate.
  Mechanical figures that will move if you click on them. (Astronauts and Guy with Nuka-Cola)
  All adding to the general stores appearance.

- Tommy's Place contains a liquor display case that let's you show off those liquors and beers.
  Slot Machines to boost happiness and give a Luck Boost when used.

- Workstations, radios, sinks, water fountains and other interact-able items found around the town.

All this lets you add to, interact with or alter the environment, as your town builds and expands around you.
Train your settlers to become savants and upgrade your plots even further, making your town even more productive.

Problem:
Help, my plot is not working correctly.

Fix:
After using your towel to wipe your brow, do the following:
Approach the ASAM Sensor and select "Activate, then select "Refresh Plot.
Done.
