Far Harbor's EchoVil, a haven in the wastes.
We supply purified water and adhesive supplies.
Our crops produce everything you need to make adhesive.
While our water services, purified and pumped waters produce freshwater for the community and for your needs.
With our nearby water and lake access we have begun a fish farm to restock the lake and provide a future resource of healthier fish.
Enjoy our pizzeria or coffee shop as well as the many other services available.
Stroll around the town or visit the water front.
Our shops can be found in the main building. Includes a general store, coffee shop, clinic as well as an armor and weapons shop.
The dockside Kiosk is actually a bar and you can assign a worker to the marker there.
Players Home: Includes a Bobblehead Stand, Magazine Rack, Weapon/Armor Display Areas, Armory Area, Weight Bench and additional customized areas.
It's all here waiting for you.

The community is defended by steel crates, vehicles, tire walls, turrets and guard towers.
All entry areas are secured, both the front and rear areas of the community.
It is powered by generators and a basic power plot which provides ample power for the community.
Between a water purifier, water pumps, a water tank and a basic water plot the town has ample water.
The 3 two level gardens supplies the town with ample food, including an endurance training facility, which helps with food production.
Additional crops added around the gardens to add to food production and available resources.
The provided crops grow everything needed to make adhesive for your use.
The Docks include several customized buildings and areas for you to enjoy.
The Caravan Plot links it with other communities.
It includes a generator and recruitment beacon.
An additional generator is later added with the water purifier.
Final stage adds a Fusion Generator, ensuring a fully powered community.
SS2 Workstation Available, customized work area.
Player home and Player Bed. Located on upper floor of main building.

Be sure to add the Wasteland Venturers SS2 Addon Pack for new buildings and plots.

Once fully developed, EchoVil has a capacity of 17 beds in total, plus a player bed.
It has 24 plots in total.
With it's water, power and food resources, the town is fully self sufficient.
It includes a caravan route so it can be connected to other communities.
All Workbenches available.
Player's Home Available.
Adhesive supplies available.

Plots included are as follows:

5x - Residential Plots
3x - Agricultural Plots (Additional crops added around plots for increased production and resources)
3x - Recreational Plot: Endurance training for improved farming and Two relaxion areas. A pizzeria and a coffee shop.
2x - Industrial Plot
3x - Municipal Plots: Water, Power and Caravan Route.
3x - Martial Plots
5x - Commercial Plots

Additional: Player Bed. Generator & Recruitment beacon. SS2 WorkStation.

I have set each stage of the towns development based on a settler ratio of 4x settlers +1
Therefore each development stage of the town will add enough living space and work for that number of settlers.

Stage 0 - supports 5 settlers
Stage 1 - supports 9 settlers
Stage 2 - supports 13 settlers
Stage 3 - Supports 17 settlers

After using your towel to wipe your brow, do the following:
Approach the ASAM Sensor and select "Activate, then select "Refresh Plot.
