Camo options, clear visor, and working headlight.

It always seemed odd that the Marine armor was so blase for supposedly being end game.
I have added a variation of Camo options, a clear visor.. I mean it's glass, and a working headlight with the standard color choices.
I've also added an additional misc upgrade. Moll-e compatible storage system. It's essentially an upgrade from Deep pockets. It does add quite a bit of carrying weight for survival, so it's completely optional. I didn't want to make the tactical helmet a clear visor, since it seems to be designed to blacked out with various vision mods (which I may add)
*Current known bugs.
Not all the Tactical helmet textures are working (fixing)
The Marine wetsuit camo recipe isn't appearing *Fixed
