Rifles +20% damage buff changed to +100% range buff. Combined with the change to default damage multipliers, this is to buff pistols rather than nerf to rifles
Increased default incoming and outgoing damage sliders to from 1.0x/1.0x to 1.2x/1.2x to compensate for removed rifle buff
Reduced "Gun Range Buff" values: sniper rifles now get 3x, all other weapons now get 2x. Stacks with new rifle buff
Rifle bonuses no longer apply to pistols with armor piercing receivers
