This is the second settlement I've created now where I "institutionalize" certain settlements in Fallout 4. I've noticed that the Mechanist Lair is the world's most useless settlement, however, I felt it was my duty to "Institutionalize" it.
Lore: The Father (whoever it may be) has decided that the facility had great potential in creating robots for mundane tasks to avoid the synth consciousness dilemma altogether through this by only assigning them complex jobs.
The mod itself contains around 2500 items (which is not that much), around 4 floors, and 5 total countings on the smaller levels. Storage, living quarters, barber shop for hair and other makeovers, of course, every other Institute department.
