About this mod

Cleans/disables the perm trash/junk/plants/etc. House/Roofs plus 40 objects now scrapable. Adds 11 Halloween banners and posters. Repairs bridge. ESL Flagged. Full navmesh rebuild. Precombines/Previs rebuilt

What does this mod do?
  • Cleans/disables the normally permanent trash, junk, debris, grass, vines, hedges, shrubs, plywood, fans, picket fences
  • No modifications were made to objects that are normally scrapable in the build zone.
  • All The houses (roof, walls and foundation separately) can be scrapped down to the ground, but they will still appear from very far away. 
  • Bridge repaired or original!  Gives 3 different options for bridge going into Sanctuary, look for the button on the pillar beside the Sanc sign.
Makes most of settlement Scrapable:
  • All parts of the houses/carports can be scrapped. Animations disable when walls/carport is scrapped.
  • Stand alone kitchen counters (3)
  • All Bathroom related items, Sinks, Showers, Racks, Dispensers, etc.(30+)
  • Desk with computer, if scrapped removes computer.(1)
  • All counters in all houses.
  • Player home Fireplace scrapable(1)
  • Sanctuary Sign, only get one so be careful with it!
  • Large hedges
  • Tree in center of road circle
  • Fallen tree on roof, by scrapping roof.
  • Light effects now disable completely when source is scrapped. Disabled light effects w/o a source.
  • Shrubs Codsworth cuts can be enabled/disabled using options button on workbench.

Instead of just making some objects scrapable, it replaces multiple objects with workshop buildable versions:
  • All playground equipment
  • Oil lanterns - light effects scrap with them (Lantern on patio table still scraps with the patio table).
  • Dead "Fancy" lights in the SW house
  • Adds in all the Halloween decorations in game as workshop buildable (11 in total)
  • Decor -> Wall Decor -> Misc ->
  • Cat poster
  • 3 x Pumpkin Posters
  • 5 x Banner Posters - Happy Halloween, Halloween, Boo, Trick or Treat, Mini-Pumpkins
  • Skull and Skeleton
Landscape/Terrain overhauled:
  • Anywhere the ground was above the road or sidewalk was moved down. 
  • Removed grass from interior locations
  • Flattened terrain underneath each foundation as they are now scrapable.
  • Terrain raised around the outside base of the house foundations a little bit to make areas flatter (usually)

REQUIRES download of: 
 Vilance's Library Support Plugin, adds over 24 new workshop items, prevents duplication of workshop objects across the various DCnR mods
  • Plugin was removed from mod bundle due to reported glitches in Vortex, must be Downloaded separately.

Other Major QOL/Performance Features:
  • Uses a button on the workbench to make Mama Murphy commandable again.
  • Same button can be used to enable/disable hammer and sitting animations.
  • Full navmesh rebuild - takes into account the updated terrain and the scrapable houses and other objects.
  • ESL Flagged, does not count against 255 max plugin count.
  • Precombines/Previs rebuilt, QC tested all 18 cells for collisions/visuals.

  • This mod is part of the CDCRC ^^^
  • All vanilla settlements are included except for Oberland Station and Boston Airport.
  • The installer will allow player to pick and choose which settlements they want. 

Mod Compatibility & SS2

  • To improve compatibility load the mod last.
  • This is a stand alone version, not specifically patched for SS2 or any other mod series.
  • Checked SS2 resources, should be compatible. Will test directly via playthrough once I am done with DLC Settlements.

Load Order and Visual glitches "Breaking Previs"
  • This mod has updated Precombine and Previs (PnP) files, which only work when loading last.
  • PnP in a nutshell -> “There can be only one"
  • The LOOT team was updated about 3 different PnP mods to auto-sort against, but there are too many to potentially count, so place my mods lower down on the list as is reasonable.
  • One of the three mods LOOT should auto-sort for is PRP. This mod is a PnP overhaul mod, that drastically helps with stability and performance. I strongly recommend using this mod. If one of my DCnR mods doesn't auto sort below PRP make sure to add a custom rule or manually sort it out.
  • If any of the content from one of my mods is invisible, blinking in and out, or NOT showing at all there could be a conflict with the load order could be off due to PnP file conflicts

Cleaner Settlement Pro-tips & Help:
  • Raze My Settlement - Auto collects the loose objects like weapons, ammo, crafting materials, etc. Removes normally scrapable, and occasionally normally NOT removable objects (when Precombines are not affected),  all automatically via holotape. Multiple options in tape including keeping trees.
  • To use the mod, run the "Raze my settlement"  holotape, select "Raze" option to auto clear the settlement.
  • Place Everywhere - in workshop mode hit insert key to make more object types selectable and scrapable! Respects Precombines!
  • Scrap Dead Things Still researching this, but its really popular!
  • Blood splatters - In workshop mode, place a floor based object over top of the blood - use something like a food dish or other object that wont carry the decal/stain with it. Pick up the object, the decal/stain should be gone.
  • Please share your cleaning pro-tips with me.
