Adds the JAK-12 (AA-12) from Modern Warfare.

Adds the JAK-12 (AA-12) to fallout 4 with all the animations minus some attachments.
This is my second weapon mod.
You can obtain it in the root cellar of Sanctuary.
CURRENT ISSUES
! 1st person animations are weird for some users !
Doesn't have Power armour animations
Getting your arm injured makes the animations weird
Missing these attachments:
All front grips
Double-render scopes
Why not these attachments?
For front grips, I don't know how to port the grip animations and am too lazy to make them by hand.
For double render sights, I don't know how to make them compatible for Fallout 4.
