For some reason when I'm not moving and ADS I still hear the footstep sounds and in third-person the shot originates from somewhere behind my character's left shoulder.
Can confirm that in 1.3.2 the firing sound is working now, including both suppressed and non-suppressed.
Odd thing I did notice, not sure of the cause, is that certain legendary effects that increase magazine size aren't functioning as expected. With the 32-rd drum option, Double legendary is only increasing the capacity to something like 42, and Quad legendary only increases capacity to 56. I use ECO/LEO for crafting and legendary item management, so it could be a slight "conflict" with how that mod looks for base capacity values. Not something this mod needs to "fix", but others that might also be using mods to add legendary effects to their weapons might want to be aware of it.
Overall (now that the sound is working properly), this is the best auto shotgun option that I've found so far. I have at least a dozen shotgun mods (standalone or bundle), some dating back almost a decade. USAS-12, SPAS-12, IF-88, etc the list goes on. I prefer "modern" firearms, not the cobbled-together junk guns. And with all of the mods on Nexus, shotguns seem to be the neglected category. Finding something that is modern, functional, and looks good has been a challenge. And finally I can say that your JAK-12 mod has been the best solution for filling my shotgun needs. It's not perfect, but it's still more than sufficient to replace anything else.
I hope to see you continue working on this mod, refining it and tweaking some things as needed. It's good where it is now, if combined with a solid crafting mod like ECO. But for those that don't use ECO or similar crafting mods, some additional work might be recommended, especially with more detailed item descriptions and more tuning of the attachments.
As a side-note, I'll try to include either a screenshot or a text list of the adjustments I've made to my personal in-game JAK-12 using ECO to make it more effective. For those having issues with severe recoil, ADS speed, etc those changes help quite a bit. For non-ECO users, there are a few other crafting mods that allows similar changes to weapon specs, so the values I'm using now should be applicable to other crafting mods as well.
Same issue. Fully uninstalled the previous version, installed latest version. I can hear the sounds of the weapon cycling, I can hear empty shells landing on the floor, I can hear impacts of the rounds downrange. But regardless of which suppressor version I try, there are no muzzle/firing sounds.
