At level 3, the settlement will have:

- two 1x1, one 2x2 and one interior
Commercial:
- two 2x2
Industrial:
- 2 Interior
Martial:
- two 1x1
Municipal:
- three 2x2 water, power, caravan and one interior sanitation
Recreation:
- one 2x2, 4 interior for Strength, Endurance and Relaxation
Residential:
- All interior
