So, SOE and B.Y.O.P. both have the aterfall effect but are unrecordable via transfer settlements aka do not redeploy when reloading said blueprint. Do you know if these effects do? Guess I'll find out seeings as I just DLed it and will be putting it to the ropes in a bit :)
It also works well with Invisible Furniture, Settlement Activity Markers and others.
In fact, I've used it on an entire Sanctuary settlement and don't have to wait in-game days for the settlement to be *ready* like transfer settlements.
saving a settlement via clipboard is something I've heard of but never approached. I have all said mods but haven't used them in that type of concert as of yet
Sometimes you can, usually you can't. If you scrap a campfire (for instance) and the fire is still there hovering over the empty spot, try this: Needless to say (but I'm gonna say it anyway), SAVE YOUR GAME BEFORE ATTEMPTING THIS.
Open the console and click on the "center" of the fire's base... the "ball" at the bottom of it. Usually you'll get "Mist" or somesuch, in which case you'll have to make a note of each ID, disable that object, then re-enable it when you're done. I just type "prid xxxxxxxx" in the console for each one, that way it's in my console history and I just have to cycle through commands to find it again.
Eventually, you'll click on the flame and it'll either say "Fire" or it'll just be a blank "" with an ID. disable that one and the fire should go out.
Now begins the tedious process of pulling up every ID you disabled (except for the fire, of course) and re-enabling them one at a time. If it was "smoke" or anything related to the fire, you can leave it disabled. Other things, such as "mist" are ambient evironment objects and should be restored if possible. If you missed an ID or otherwise screw up somehow, revert back to the save you made before you started, and try again.

If not, then how to do it at all?

Do you know if its possible to place a sound as an effect like this mod does? For example, environment ambiance, forest sounds, etc
