GENERAL:
Like the name says these ini files are with BethINI based created and custom optimized using good sources created for an ENB-Preset, which I can only recommand!
To be hornest I'm really new in FO4-Modding using MO2, but in my game is running like a charm with my created ini files and it is not a joke.
But there are many possible things I don't becase I'm a beginner and I'm far away of rich knowledge about FO4. This situation I had also with modding and tweaking Skyrim (LE and SE) years ago.
So be patient with me pleease, that I'm limited at time and this site inclusive the ini files often stand under WIP and will be updated soon as possible we are able to!!!
THE TARGET OF THIS RELEASE:
The game has many issues default have not been fixed by the Publisher(s), the same at Skyrim (LE + SE). So sadly to must be understand that.
The main problem seems to be the same as wth Skyrim (LE and SE), that it is not very well optimized, if you are using more modding stuff without more needed tweaks, which are available around the net!?!
So what I try is, to get best balance between look and performance at each of the three games mod and these ini files are a part of some other steps to be more clear.
I hope you will understand, that nothing is perfect, but I want to promise you to give my best I can!!!
INSTALLATION:

1.Download "FO4 INIs with BethINI based created and more (ENGLISH OR GERMAN)"
2.Download and install notepad++ optional, but it is highly recommended.
3. Open and edit each ini file using notepad(++).
4. Change the following:
fallout4.ini
[General] ---> iNumHWThreads=16 ---> with your count of cores
fallout4custom.ini
[General] ---> iNumHWThreads=16 ---> with your count of cores
fallout4prefs.ini
[Display] ---> iSize H=1440 ---> to your monitor resolution
[Display] ---> iSize W=2560 ---> to your monitor resolution
[Display] ---> sD3DDevice="NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090" ---> to your graphics card
5. Exit each ini file and don't forget to save it if asked.
6. Ready and have fun!!!

A TIP TO USING GUIDES:
It is always dependant from your system, what and how much you can install to get a well chosen modded setup. But keep in mind, that many guides have content recommanded, which are not lore-friendly and can very impact your performance please!!!

KNOWN ISSUES:
Nothing in my modded game except these by the original game. ... If you have some it maybe will be not caused by these files, but from other sources. Modding a game can be dependant from system, load order, constellation etc. you sadly have to known.
Alternative, if you cannot use my stuff, I would recommend to use BethINI by DoubleYou only to get a good tweaked base for the game.
