Various replacers exist on the Nexus but many do so by model swapping. This can cause many issues (some of which I encountered).
My replacer(s) work much more simply by changing the level lists, allowing for easy conflict resolution through changing load order to ensure this mod over writes and mod which changes LLs.
This mod should hopefully demonstrate the huge advantage this approach has, yes, multiple weapons replacing one weapon.
I don't like the institute weapons, too big and blocky. These all look better and imho fit well enough, the G36 is a peer (time wise) with the p90 which is in fallout 2 but the aesthetics of it I think work for the institute and I think it would make sense for them to use firearms given they often conduct long missions into the commonwealth where cartridges are easier to come by and can be made with a lower threshold of technology.
Lighter weight patch also included, not much needed with these TBH.
Included a patch for ECO to ensure the guns are made.
For this to work fully a new game is needed.
While it partially works without a new game, as all new Institute Laser Guns found will be one of these, all existing Institute Laser Guns remain untouched.
