Allows cats caught in workshop traps to be moved between settlements. ESL tagged ESP.

Based on my Moveable Brahmin mod. Now cat's caught in the Wasteland Workshop trap for cats can be moved to other settlements. You no longer have to build traps locally on each settlement.
Not compatible with Diverse Cats or Diverse Dogs 1.5 Cats and Dogs as these mods change properties on trapped cats. However these mods offer more varieties of cats and the cats can be made moveable using the console.
I recommend Rename Anything if you want to give your cats unique names.

- With the animal selected in the console type 'addkeyword workshopallowmove' then hit enter. When you re-enter workshop mode the cat should show a 'move' option.
