   From FROST Official Updates (Redux):
   

   Note about the "Next Gen" Update (Read this please!)
   
   FROST only works properly with the downgraded version of Fallout 4, for the following reasons:
   

   
   
   • Many mod authors who made F4SE mods decided to only provide support for the downgraded versions
     
   • The Next Gen version of Fallout 4 has severe bugs, including FPS issues if mods are used that edit many NPCs. FROST edits many NPCs.
     
   • The general consensus among the modding community is that the downgraded version has the best compatibility with many essential mods
     
   • Many mod authors can not upgrade their F4SE mods properly due to engine level changes
     
     

   This is a very simple explanation, it might lack some nuance, I don't want to post a wall of text here.

   
   In other words: only compatible with UFO4P v2.1.5, which can be found under the Old Files category!

   requires RedsFrostFixes but cannot find this esp anywhere in all of frost. its not in:
   frost plus
   frost updates 0.55
   frost cell fixes
   frost nuka world addon
   frost more starting locations
   or in this mod, frost uf04p.
   
   it also doesnt come in google search or nexus search
   
   redsfrostfixes isnt a real thing?

      It is a very real thing. It is linked in the requirements tab and it is linked in the description page. And it is also a required master for most of the mods you listed. So I wonder how you missed it?
      
      Anyway: here it is. There's also a link on the main FROST page to a guide, and a link to the discord (also here in sticky) for further support, if needed.
