    Version 2.0 has been released!

    This one was admittedly long overdue- I've rebuilt the plugin from scratch and added some new features. Highlights are below:


    • Adjusted crafting recipes and perk requirements for a small handful of attachments- particularly the grips, weapon paints, and muzzles.
    • Adjusted (and added) mod collections and object templates so that weapons that appear in the world are more consistent with vanilla weapons.
    • Added a new Long Light Barrel attachment option for the standard .45 auto pistol.
    • Magazines, sights, muzzles, and weapon paints are now shared between standard .45 auto pistols and the unique A Light Shining In Darkness.
    • Added a black material swap for the magazines, compensator, muzzle brake, and suppressor.
    • Made slight adjustments to the standard compensator, muzzle brake, and suppressor textures so that they more closely match the color of the standard .45 auto pistol texture.
    • Added new scripted weapon LL injection- weapon will start appearing on Gunners, Gunner bosses, Railroad agents, Triggermen, Minutemen, bosses, vendors, and as legendary drops starting at level 14.
    • Incorporated standard and suppressed firing sounds from snt2045's ?Power 1911 mod.

    Please note that if you currently have an older (1.x) version of this mod installed, you will need to start a new game after updating to version 2.0. This is due to the numerous under-the-hood changes made in this version.

    At this point, I'm largely going to consider this feature-complete. I don't plan to make any other drastic changes aside from bug fixes.

    can you explain why your mod also has BA2 main and textures? are they the same as the main mod or what? im just curious because im at my ba2 limit

    When you say a new save does that mean an entirely new game or a previous save (modded or unmodded) that does not have the original mod installed?

    Apparently this didn't actually fix the first person power armor problem.

      Yeah the issue still exists but at least you can use the weapon in power armor with this mod but a speed fix is still needed

    why i cant bash kill with the animation thing with this gun? ive done something wrong with installation? pls help, i hav several modded guns with animations n everything, and none of them lack this feature

    Having a weird issue, when the pistol is equipped in power armor it won't actually show in my characters hands until I start moving. Once I stop moving the pistol will disappear again and I'll be unable to ADS. Anyone else run into this?

      I don't have any plans to do so at the moment, but anyone is more than welcome to forward the changes/fixes I've made to one-handed animation version and release it.

    Is this hitman animation version really not usable? I prefer the one-handed grip.

      This mod was built around the two-handed version, so unfortunately it wouldn't work with the one-handed plugin.

    I have installed many of your mods in the past week. Great stuff. 
    Are there any ways to get more sigh options on this pistol or maybe clean up the cloudy reticle it comes with?

      I don't know how to align sights, so unfortunately there's not much I can do in that area. If anyone wants to add support for something like the West-Tek Optics Pack, I'm all for integrating it into this mod and providing credit to whoever.
