Fixed minor bug where the zap gun that can be found in the early game (see main mod page for details, first spoiler) was a version that did not use recycled MFCs like all the other zap guns - thanks Minty Fresh Tea.

This patch integrates the Zap Gun from the eponymous mod into FROST along the lines of balance applied to vanilla weapons.
Weapon modcols (Controlling attachments each gun spawns with), leveled lists etc. have been deleveled.
The Zap Gun now used recycled Microfusion Cells from FROST Official Updates (Check Requirements Tab)
Individual attachments have had their stats balanced.
The weapon is added to Federation, Alliance, and Survivors.
Load after FROST.esp; this file is flagged as ESL and won't take up a spot in your 256 full ESP plugin load order.
