Description
This is an upgraded version of whisper's Clean My Settlement mod (released with whisper's permission). Now you can use the holotape to tell settlers to clean your settlement over time, rather than just removing it all in one go (for those of us that like a little more immersion).

Like whisper's original mod, no precombines are broken.

Also like whisper's  original mod, this version requires the following :

Changes to the original
You now need to be standing close enough to a workshop to use the original cleaning functions. This is to make sure all relevant objects are included in the cleaning process.
This distance is about the length of your house in Sanctuary (including the car port).
You can now also use the holotape to choose whether or not fertilizer should be added when using the cleaning functions. This setting will be used for auto cleaning as well.

Note from the original about leaves
Bethesda used piles of leaves to hide unnaturally-straight seams and other ugliness in the world. While you can wipe all the leaves away in your settlement from the holotape, you might find it looks much worse without those leaves covering the straight lines and other ugliness.
Best to selectively scrap the piles of leaves manually in workshop mode. (The insides of the Sanctuary buildings actually clean up nicely.)

When using the auto-clean function, you can choose what types of objects will be auto-cleaned. You can turn the leaves off (this is actually the default) and just clean them up manually if you like.

How the auto-cleaning works
When you turn auto-cleaning on, the next time you get close enough to a workshop of a settlement you own, it will tag all of the appropriate objects in the settlement with a keyword so the mod knows what objects can be auto-cleaned.
The mod keeps track of how many objects should be auto-cleaned in each settlement. This number for each settlement is updated each game day based on the number of settlers in that settlement.
When you get close enough to a workshop the appropriate number of objects will be randomly removed from the collection of tagged objects.

It is set so each settler will clean up one random object every two days. You can still go into workshop mode and remove things if there is something you really need out of the way.
You can turn on notifications so you know when things are auto-cleaned.

Installation
You can just copy this mod over the top of the original mod (the file names are deliberately the same so you can do it mid playthrough). It is wise to make a save before doing this so you can roll back to it if you feel you absolutely have to go back to the original mod.
You can also just install this version if you don't have the original.

Compatibility
Should still be compatible with Fallout 4 Seasons (I don't use it though, so I haven't been able to test it).
Still not compatible with any mod which makes bramble-junk invisible. You don't need that anyway.

Bugs?
Maybe - I've done plenty of testing, but I may have missed something. If you find something, make a bug report and I'll look into it.
