I cant upgrade my city plan at all. I meet the requirements and nothing happens whenever I go to upgrade. I tried to use the console command that forces the city to upgrade, but the city just doesnt and I do not go into cinematic view. I think something is bugged for me.
This mod looks great. I tried to run the blueprint from the desk, but hen i went to assign the blueprint with the desk, it said I was missing two plugins cceejfo4001-decorationpack.esl and cckgjo4001-bastion.esl.
One note for other players, I initially tried to use this mod when I was only level 4. It didn't work because I didn't have the ASAM categories for municipal or martial. So just a suggestion, wait until you are big enough to build this. LOL
There is a missing plugin warning, could you please put into requirements all the mods needed for this. I have already installed all the mods suggested in comments below, I have all the DLC and it still says missing plugin.
A player told me that SOE pack was missing . But I'm looking and I can't find where I used this mod, maybe it's just an insignificant item. Can you use it anyway or is it blocked?
it was crashing, but i found out through xedit what was missing, so I bought some creation club content and its all good now, well besides having problem now that the settlement is not powering up and shows red 260 power
I cannot use this plan as it breaks too much .. It needs to be redone and initialized from the city desk and not the workbench (my opinion). I do plan to use all of your work as it is very good. I like how you use the latest sanitation plots and others, but this plan is broken.
Maybe there is a problem with one of the addons and it causes a cdt. To see if it's from the city plan go to the City Manager holotape: Option/gameplay/city building/designer's choice and turn it off.
whispering power plots are hidden at this time. is there an alternate to using another power source in its place.. I like your plan, but it is useless without power. I would like to know the effect of missing plugins before using your plan. Walled Gardens and more is also hidden..

You need snappy, I know it's a pain to install mods and mods, but a lot of the plan uses snappy walls and windows, I don't know what it would be like without.

This happens after I scrap the ROTC city plan, and then build with your mod.
I think the workshop framework scrap function is buggy here. Because if I build from the clean settlement, your city plan mod will work fine.
