Version 1
Initial release.
This is my take on a full settlement, based in Home Plate.
There are a few notable features about this settlement, that may make it preferable to others.
Please be aware that you must not own Home Plate before you install this. If in doubt, start a new game with this. If you want to uninstall it, you must load a save from before it was installed, or your settlements will be broken. Fallout 4 does not handle settlements being removed mid-game.
The settlement can NOT be attacked. Settlement attacks are disabled here, because it's in Diamond City.
The settlement can NOT be lost from unhappiness. Like Sanctuary and the Castle, you can neglect everyone here and they will never leave you.
The settlement will NOT recruit Brahmin. Seriously, where would you put them? There isn't even a roof for them to spawn on.
The settlement will NOT participate in Minutemen quests. It's in Diamond City - so no, this settlement really does not need your help.
The settlement has the same build limit as Sanctuary. I'm sure some of you will still fill it.
The Diamond City Workbenches are linked to the Workshop. There no need to build workbenches inside, if the ones outside work.
All this in an ESPFE file - so it won't take up one of your precious load order slots.
