This one fixed the "small head" problem for me... just to create a new one. I use the male NPC replacer and now the male vanilla and nana heads are mixed together. Which looks very disturbing I might say.

I have installed Nanakochan (obviously), ZeX Extended Skeleton for Anime Race, Nanako CBBE Patch, NPC Replacer, Male NPC Replacer and this mod of course. Any ideas what could be wrong? I installed it all via Vortex and not sure what could might been overwritten. I understand I might have to do things manually but my modding skills are limited.

    Please help!

I don't use the AnimeRace mods myself so I cannot help with that. All I did was edit the skeleton paths in the race data and split the Player edits into a separate plugin, which shouldn't have any effect on NPCs or anything like that.

    My original question from HHS:
How fix skeleton problem (Hight setting error, usually due to the modified skeleton not installed correctly), i use ZeX_V5 for male BT3.v322, discrete female skeleton (DFS) with "Skeletal Adjustment for CBBE" for female and separate skeleton for animerace (Custom Race Skeleton Fixes - No RaceCustomizer Requirement - AnimeRace Nanakochan), so, i have like three separate skeletons in game and cant test or create height... Mb there manual way?

So, question is, how teach HHS understand new skeleton way for nanarace? (...CharacterAssets\nanarace\)

      I don't use HHS so I'm afraid I can't help there.

is that mean to put the nif file to the animerace folder?

Yep, like this - D:\Vortex\mods\Extended Skeleton for Anime Race-42734-1-5-01-1577467334\Meshes\Actors\Character\CharacterAssets\nanarace\skeleton.nif

Add nanarace folder and move'ere skeleton, then deploy.

      This did wonders for me!

If anyone else comes to this page looking for this answer and is confused-

      download this file
      https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/22903-zaz-zex-nanakochan-anime-skeleton/

      then go to
      Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\meshes\actors\character\characterassets\nanarace

and replace the "skeleton.nif" with the one you just downloaded

I got it to work by telling HHS to overwrite the custom skeleton .nif from this mod, then replace the file, deploy, save changes, and it should work perfectly.

      Thanks!!

So.. by replacing this skeleton, it will give the Nanako race a proper adjustable body?
I managed to give the Nanako race 3BBB physics by replacing a skeleton, and it even made it capable of bodyslide configuration. Unfortunately though.. it broke the 1st person camera.
Imma try replacing the skeleton this way, and hopefully everything works.

This mod also fixes the issues between AnimeRace nanako and the Classic Holstered Weapons System(CHW) mod.

I've used nanako race for female npcs, CHW works fine on female npcs (nanako race) but not on male npcs (vanilla human race).

Now with this mod, by adding the skeleton path (skeleton file location in this mod) in the CHW it works fine for both male and female npcs.

But there's a problem : the vanilla human npc's head is a little bit bigger than normal (It took me a while to gradually realize something was wrong)but both me the player(as vanilla human)and nanako race npcs are fine, I manage to solved the problem after referring to previous comments and changing the ordering.

I don't know what "My Little Nanako 3" is or how it works but sounds like it would need to be patched just like the base Nanako mod was.

I took a quick peek at the files in that mod and it seems to include skeleton files in the "Head Scale" section. Make sure whichever loose files skeleton replacer you're using (ZeX or 3BBB/Knee Fix) loads after that mod so the latter's files win the conflict and override the former.

I have an issue that the nana race head being smaller, the npc head returned to normal though, but my characters have default nora hand with nana head, may i know how to fix this issue? i have tried to rename the nif files and it seems Vortex won't redirect the path to the proper ones

Sounds like you may have a conflicting mod loading after this mod's plugins and undoing the changes to the Nana race data.

I want to create a new human race just so I can have it have a different skeleton directory and use it for my player, but the game crashes once I change into that new race because of the non-default human skeleton directory. Will your mod fix this?

No, because this mod has nothing to do with that custom race mod of yours.

You could try reading the information in the spoiler under the "The "Skeleton Path Player CTD" Problem and its Solution:" header and see if that's of any use, though.

I might need a little help, ive tried for days now to get CaN pony race to work with the skeleton and Fo4HHS. So far ive had

    1. Outcoms, 1, where the HHS didten work, giving me a test error, skeleton not installed corectly.

    2. The HSS system seemed to work, but the body of my player charecter would turn a complete dark red.

    3. (My current issue but seemingly the most stable one) I replaced the skeleton from both aaaCustom and in the CaN_Pony under charecterassets directories with the Custom Race skeleton fixer. But now im having the sound of ragdolls constantly, as if two player models are glitching out inside both the player model and the NPC's around. Also pushing away the player and props that come in a vicinty of them, as if the ragdoll model was hitting them while freaking out.

...I honestly have no clue how issues #2 or #3 could even happen in the first place, so I'm afraid I can't really help there.

ive been trying to get the legs for days ver. of skeletal adjustments to work for the past few days but it still won't work, i've even tried replacing the skeleton in Meshes\actors\character\CharacterAssets\female with the skeleton in skeletal adjustments but none works. even after installing this, nothing changes and i'm trying to get high heels system to work but it says "Height setting error (usually due to the modified skeleton not installed correctly)!"

i have no idea what i'm doing wrong as this is my first time modding and all 200 other mods i installed are working so

update i fixed it. didnt know there was a seperate file for skeletal adjustments for the anime race. got it now tho, this was literally the last thing i needed to fix. now im gonna figure out how to use outfit studio on outfits that dont support bodyslide without my booby physics being in the wrong place.

How did you fix your error? Cause im having an issue like that aswell, but i belive it might be a load order issue cause a mod is overwritting the skeleton, but i have no clue how to make the skeleton prioritized at the end of the load order.

Could we look forward to seeing support for the Project Javelin mod? I've been having crashes that involve it and would hate to have to get rid of it.

JAVELIN already points to the default/human skeleton path so there's nothing there for this mod to do.
