[Removed original post; it was outdated.]

Update 5-Nov. Version 1.0 and hopefully final is posted. It adds a player home and pool, sheriff's office and jail, shops, and landscaping to the town to go along with the original saloon and motel.

I used the Project Mojave beds in the motel. They look good, like something you might see in a western. Only problem is they don't show up in the settlement bed count. So you will need to replace those as your settlement grows. A funny thing is that the beach towels at the pool count as beds. I noticed a couple of settlers sleeping at the pool last night.  :)

NOTE: Transfer settlements generally adds extra water planes during export. I don't know why. Just disable them. Look above and around the pool. You may find some on top of the pool water also. The water type I used was Ocean Vault.

Hello, first of all thanks for this blueprint it's very beautiful and the things I need to actually spend time in the mojave, but there is things I don't understand because I downloaded everything said in the description and requirements as well, but it's still missing many things everytime I try to build it, like the big nuka cola neon (that I have in the game, I saw in the construction mod) and the pole holding the "desert sands" neon, little ads "bar" in front of the pioneer etc.. from what I saw in your pics, the blueprints says it's missing plugins as well but I enabled everything, or maybe some mods that had things are another versions of the ones I got?

yes, I have them both, I have everything listed, even the buildable fire camp that is not in the list but on the blueprint, as I said I found the nuka cola neon, it's a bit bigger than the one in your pic tho, but I have it, I don't know why it wasn't placed, but I fixed most of things missing, the only thing I don't know is what you used as the pole on this pic

GruffyddsSignsAndPosters I think it's the 5.1.2 that I have from the site listed
Not Your Average Neon version 3 from bethesda

OK I promise I will get to it. I have a different profile loaded right now. I'm not sure where that sign post came from. Maybe from the Neon mod as a blank sign for the user to add his own lettering. Not sure. The Nuka sign -- I probably used ~ setscale 0.x to get it to fit on that wall. Transfer settlement probably didn't pick that up. It is an excellent mod, but not 100% perfect. Or maybe, I messed up.
I'll find out what mods are missing from the BP build list. I really shouldn't use so many, especially since so many modders yanked their mods from nexus because of the Collections issue. Thanks for catching the fireplace/campfire mod. I probably used it for the fireplaces in the Prospector and the player house.

No problem really, I wasn't blaming you at all, I love this mod, like everybody in the comments section, everything is very easy to fix by ourself it's only few things, you did a very great camp and also I like a lot that you put the links for the mod to get that make it easy to find them all so don't blame yourself either lol I even agree with WastelandDrifter1 if you do others settlements like this one for the Mojave I'll download them all, I was living in the Nevada before and because of you I can get this feeling again, so thanks a lot for that !

PS: sorry if I seemed rude in the my other posts, didn't mean to, I really was just trying to find this pole lol

I was able to fix the nuka neon and pole (with a pipe I got to scale larger) with your help about the setscale so thanks again !
( also, if you ever make others settlements in the mojave again, I can advise you this mod which adds signs, adds and posters from new vegas, it's very nice

Great. It looks like you got everything. The Desert Sands sign came from Gruffy Signs. It looks like I covered the Traders Welcome sign with some plywood and then added the lettering. Thanks for the tip on the NV signs. Now you have me thinking about building a new settlement BP. If I do one, I will try to keep the number of mods to a minimum.

For some reason none of the buildings are getting placed, I installed all of the requirements, and the build plan is shown in my game, but the buildings aren`t showing up.

Did you import the correct settlement in Transfer Settlements?

It would be really epic if you somehow slowly started to overhaul Project Mojave in this style with both locations and NPCs. I've seen the bland Mojave NPC's clothing and soulless living spaces a countless amount of times, but something like this would add some real flare to them. While I love FNV, some elements could be vastly improved, and you pointed it out, imo.

I may add another settlement or two, but Project Mojave is GrilledTurkey's baby. He has a lot planned for this year. You can check out the Roadmap here. And make your suggestions to him.

Where did you get the outfits the settlers are wearing?

The settlers' outfits are from Project Mojave. My companions' outfits are mashups that I did from a number of mods.

I use my favorite mods, but I was surprised to see that several have left nexus. I managed to track them down like Vyronika -- V's Stylish Decor -- but I had to join her Discord channel. Likewise with several others who have left over ownership rights. This "Collections" business from nexus has not been good for anyone.

Go to the description page. Click Requirements, scroll down to Off Site Requirements. Follow the link there for Not Your Average Neon.

If you wait until tomorrow, I will have the finished blueprint available. It will be posted as version 1.0 and hopefully the last. I added the player home, pool, a sheriff's office and jail, shops, and landscaping.
