Unfortunately not at the moment as the blueprints were made with and require the Transfer Settlements mod. The author is working on getting it updated to work with the current version but has not given an ETA on when it will be ready.
wow, this looks amazing! when you specify that users have to manually scrap everything before importing, how about using mods that scrap everything in a settlement like Workshop Plus?
Thanks! Not used it myself so cannot say for certain, but if Workshop Plus only removes objects that can normally be scrapped then it should be fine to use. I believe Raze My Settlement will also not cause issues as it only removes vanilla objects.
The advice to not use a scrapping mod is mostly for ones that are able to remove objects that cant normally be scrapped 👍
I don’t recommend the use of any scrapping mods, and would suggest only using the disable command on objects that need to be removed rather than markfordelete.
I am having problems downloading this mod. Every time, when i click on download, and it opens the vortex mod manager, it shows me the following error code:
Requesting url "https://api.nexusmods.com/v1/games/fallout4/mods/54020 failed with status 401" This code is usually caused by an invalid request, maybe you followed a link that has expired or you lack permission to access it
I really hope, that there is a solution to my problem, because this build looks amazing!
Have just checked and both download options are working for me, so if you are still having issues would suggest posting over in the Vortex Support section of the forums.
Looks great, before using this i wanna ask one thing. When scrapping things before transfer, is it safe to use Scrap Everything to remove debris? Heard it can cause some problems.
I don’t use Scrap Everything so cannot say for certain, but I would not expect it to cause any major issues with the blueprint. Some of the structures are built into rubble piles so might look a little odd if they are removed but cleaning up any interior rubble should be fine.
It is harmful. 1 - It kills your performance, fps drop, causing ctd by breaking precombines. 2 - it can also break quests that are built around the debris. Just dont use it. I recommend Spring Cleaning instead. Think of spring cleaning as a more lightweight/properly done Scrap everything. The author of SC carefully picked what can be made scrapable and what shouldn't
Really excited to immerse myself in your work! However, when I go to export the settlement so i can import yours it says no settlement workshop nearby even though i'm standing right next to it. Can you offer some advise?
Thanks for wanting to check out the blueprint! Have you completed the Taking Independence quest to unlock The Castle (I am guessing you have), and have you been able to import any blueprints at other locations?
If you get the same error at other locations, it’s possible that you are missing some scripts from F4SE that Transfer Settlements requires. If so copying the ‘Data’ folder from F4SE into your Fallout 4 install location should fix it.
Failing that I would suggest running through the steps listed in the Transfer Settlements Returning Questions guide. Hope you can find a fix that works for you and are able to check out the build in your game! :)
Thank you for such a quick response! Yes, I have completed Taking Independence. I have tried importing blueprints and each time it says "no settlement workshop nearby." I will look into the guide you linked, thanks for the assist.
Simply the best settlements, are cream!! They are very inmersive! And the best is... doesnt need any external mod, all is vanilla and dlc!! I dont need download thounsands of mods to build the blueprint.
Your settlements are the gold standard in my book and are the "defaults" on my current playthrough as they're thoughtfully designed, utilize space in clever ways, and are very lovingly decorated. The part where you lay out rooms pretty similarly across settlements is actually good, because it makes it look like there's some intentional thought being given to these scrap houses, to the point where there's kind of a "Boston Common" layout.
Architectural vernacular in the post-apocalypse. Goddamn I love this game.
Could you take a swing at some of the settlements generally regarded as s#*!-tier? Zimonja or Somerville in particular.
Great to hear you are enjoying the builds! I am hoping to do one of these vanilla style builds at each location, so will have to tackle the s***-tier settlements at some point

So for some reason, its working now. I dont know what happened, but it somehow fixed itself after some time, but thanks anyway!
