This is another Master Work that you pulled off. I can't say it enough, this is building and creating layouts at the very highest level. This is something you only get with lots of experience, practice, and more building.

Bravo sir! Everytime I import a new settlement and see it I am even more impressed with your body of work.

I am a 30 years+ game developer and bug fixing master. I rarely see these kinds of skills at the "pro" level, much less on the modding scene.

This is now one of my favorite settlements. You left enough room on the docks where I can put in some of the Crimsonrider's workstations and turn this into my fish market and supply chain. Put a few hanging whales, some fish scaling stations, weighing stations and a production machine in and they jumped right to work. There is another off-site mod that lets you assign the statics like fish racks as jobs, so I put that to good use as well.

I got Cait working it as a fishmonger. That is kinda funny to see.

There are a few mods on Nexus as well, where you can put down waiter markers and cleaner stations where they use a broom and "clean".

Cheers! Fishy sticks and chips tonight!

Many thanks for the very kind words!  Always nice to hear people are enjoying and using the blueprints, and to see (thanks for sharing those screenshots) the customisations they have made to make the settlement their own and fit in with their game.

the only complaint i have about your settlements is that they're so much better than mine

i don't even want to try making cool settlements anymore, lol.

these are the gold standard for what you can do with vanilla+DLC assets.

Many thanks I glad you like them! Like most people I have built many a box fort in the past, and feel I learnt a lot by watching and following
along with building videos and streams.  With practice and patience I am sure your builds will improve

Yo I never write reviews. Like I mean never. Been using Nexus for 10+ years I've had maybe like 3 comments that weren't a simple question. This man's work though, is exceptional. Not great, not excellent, exceptional. Because with the barebones tools given to the community from Bethesda this author has given us detailed and functional content that works straight out of the box. The descriptions are brief and easy to understand, the choice and logic that goes into creating these settlements is up there with the best of them.

Everything is well spaced, the placement just makes sense. NPCs can easily walk around and interact with everything set down. No performance hit whatsoever (though my setup is quite powerful [2021.]) Friendly patrols from We Are The Minutemen? or enemy assaults, retaliation squads and raids from Vanilla - Settlement Ambush (Creation Club) - PANPC (discord link) - Guns for Hire (temporarily removed as of 8/8/21), they all function without issue. Nobody gets stuck, nobody clips through and nobody disappears into thin air.
???It just works. - Todd Howard

Is it as cluttered up and cozied as some Elianora mods? No, but I'll trade packed in statics, custom stations and custom weapon racks for maximum compatibility easy to use settlements. The trash pathing AI we were given in this game has no problems navigating what fiddleflap has built. Seriously, this game is so hilariously unoptimized under the surface it's unbelievable the attention to detail that there is and the fact there's no glaring issues is unreal.

There's a shack on the northwest side of the Croup Manor download, maybe 93% through the import I noticed it was floating on top the rock it was situated on, not noticeable unless you're looking for it. Boy I tell you this man done paid attention because when I looked at 97% it had wooden supports under it to explain the floating. It might sound like a minor thing, and it is. But I see it. I appreciate it.

    Now listen, do I wish he'd include objects from the Creation Club add-ons? Sure, cause there's some decent stuff in there like a fireplace or arcade cabinets. Do I wish he could utilize the assets from;

    Homemaker - Expanded
    Workshop Decorations Pack
    Thematic and Practical
    G2M Workshop
    Woody's Wasteland Stuff ?

Absolutely I do. Give this man every resource and tool, even the stuff made for Sim Settlements and he could create blueprints that would make kinggath and crew blush. But I understand why he keeps it Vanilla + DLC. It straight up works with no problems whatsoever. It should honestly be entered into The Midnight Ride because it's so compatibility friendly.

And you can easily customize the settlement using the workshop just like normal once it's all set up and the settlement cell has had time to load and reload itself. You can add onto it no problem using any other decorative mods you'd like.

The only -only- drawback is that after the import, an attempt to save or fast travel will pause the game for anywhere from 10 seconds to 10 minutes. But again, that's just an issue with scripting and how the games handles it. It's not a crash, just gotta be patient.

Bottom line I give this entire series so far a solid 10. There's really not many authors from the entire Nexus that I give that gold stamp on and download their entire catalogue but fiddleflap done did it. He got me to stop and appreciate his work and effort enough to write out this ridiculous review. Endorsed.

The heyday of Fallout 4 Nexus might be in the past y'all but I'm telling you had these been available 3-4 years ago they'd already be at the top of the lists when sorting by endorsements. I'm gonna recommend it to anyone playing this game.

Commonwealth of fiddleflap yo, it's real.

I have, and use, every one of your builds. They are easily the best I've seen so far.
I'm a huge fan of your work, and can't wait for the rest of the settlements.
Thank you for sharing these. Sincerely.

Well both Boston Airport and this are older builds that for some reason I never got round to uploading blueprints for...  Guess I am feeling guilty as my next new build is probably gonna take a while to finish
