Would love a stripped down version of this. Concord was all invisible using this mod. Too many people everywhere. If we can just get a version that adds a whisperer to spawn along side ghouls but can't spawn more. For people using zombie mods if you run into a group of zombies maybe 1 would be a whisperer and have like a infected knife or something. Right now this mod is too much.

There are too many spawns in the concord/ begining area of the game. Not only it is incredibly hard to push through(especially during the first quest) but if used with certain mods it can crash the game or cause other issues such as enemies being stuck inside buildings. I'm using your broken patrol and more gunners mod, which may or may not be causing issues since they also add in new spawns.

I find your mods to be one of the best replacements for "The Deadly commonwealth expansion by darkraven claw. But your mods are seperated into mmultiple esps which take up load order space. Maybe you should combine your mods like Railroad agents and minutemen patrols into one mod.

    Just got it.

Inspired me to create a full squad of ghoul/synth hunters using the new heavy weapons released recently and some AKM's.

What a s*** show! Dead bodies everywhere after a visit to Concorde. Glorious.

A 20mm Flak gun really chews them up.

    Thumbs up.

EDIT: They also have a base near the Trappers on the east side so that should be interesting

very cool mod but it starts to get annoying once u clear a swarm and more literally spawn on you and they also teleport to you if your on a roof or hiding behind a blocked door

Just putting this out there: This mod is a killer with the More Enemies mod set to 3 the Unlimited Companion mod and PACE/PANE and BLD. I've never seen 4 followers, dogmeat and myself die so hard to so many enemies and enjoy the process of it.  Thanks. Next time I see them, I'll need to pass around the Fatmen.

    I'd recommend FCOM ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/14946 ) or Unlimited Companion Framework ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11829 ), or Wintermute (  https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12573 ) to fight off these hordes.

I will NOT recommend using this with Feral Nights, War of The Commonwealth or More Enemies as it becomes an insane and indomitable fight (especially at night).

ok so really good mod here excellent work , just a few suggestions .....

maybe tone down spawn rate or summon from the grenades  just a tad lol. walked into concord to find all raiders dead ( vanilla and mod added ) , preston replaced with a ghoul on the balcony ( probably got ate lol ! ) , and a horde of about 30 to 40 feral's.  Now i use this to give ghouls some technique  ( Feral Ghoul Bite Skills at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)  combined with this mod makes  for a truly deadly encounter. most would stand little to no chance with the size of the hordes ( not to mention they also grow in size when engaged in combat with other npcs in the area )

on another note is it possible that this mod conflicts  with More Feral Ghouls. A Zombie Mod at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)
i noticed as i was dispatching some ghouls they would simply disappear as soon as they were killed, no body or invisible remains to loot ?

    Thanks again for sharing.

Hi, first let me thank u for taking the time to give your reviews on this mod,
as for your suggestion, I totally agree, truth is I always play with more than 4-5 followers (vanilla and mods) behind me so i guess i never thought how they can out number you 40 to 1 ! i'll make sure to do something about that soon...

oh and btw, i tested the mod myself recently, and there are currently two hordes near settlements, one in abernathy farm and one in the settlement with the lighthouse (kingsport?? or something... ) , i'll make sure to fix that as well...

about "more feral ghouls" mod, i don't see why they should be in conflict with one another, in fact, if the other mod is done properly both mods should work together perfectly (meaning you'll get the new ferals of the other mod, to spawn and protect the whisperers)

as for your question, yes that's true, in the version 1 of this mod, the whisperers could infinitely spawn ghouls, and after a long battle what you had was piles and piles of dead ghouls and god forbid it was a near a settlement! oh it would mess things up real bad! so to address this problem, i made it so the whisperers can only spawn a limited number of ghouls to fight for them, and some of those ghouls disappear as they die! i often used this trick for oblivion and fallout3 mods to avoid any performance issues...

      Thanks for considering my feedback

I was wondering why some of the ghouls I killed vanished like that lol. Now that I know its a feature I don't mind it , especially if its to the benefit of the engine. Thanks again for addressing my concerns , I look forward to what you  come up with.

The Whisperers around Concord are insane!  After sneaking into the Museum, I was able to get on the roof with the power armor and watched in horror as the ferals and their whisperer masters ran down and killed all the raiders.   When the deathclaw made an appearance, around twenty ferals ran it out of town and killed it.  Then it was a pure bloodbath.

If any of you are having problems in concord, once the quest tells you to report back to preston, go back into the museum and tell him its safe to move out.  When they go to leave, go back up on the roof and snipe as much as you can as the whisperers and ferals will focus on preston and company.  It took me three tries, but I finally beat it.  You have to look for the Whisperers and target them as much as you can because they will spawn more ferals until you do.

...actually the way you told that story it made me wanna try it again for myself! Honestly i remember it differently! cause when i saved Preston i had already been to DC and back so i had a few perks and better weapons with me, and i remember nuking both raiders and whisperers as they were slaughtering each other!
But i'll make sure to do something about that soon... either make the raiders tougher or decrease the number of ferals in the area...
BTW it was a brilliant idea to use preston as a bait while sniping down the whisperers.. i don't know any other NPC who deserves to be zombie bait more than preston! "another zombie needs our help!"
